What the app is

Listing Cam lets an agent photograph a house and receive edited listing photos. The app is sign-in only. Account registration is not offered in the app.

Information the app collects

Each item below is linked to the user. None of it is used for tracking. The purpose is app functionality.

• Name. The account has a first and last name. Sign-in loads that profile.
• Email address. Sign-in and password reset use the email on the account.
• Physical address. Creating or editing a listing sends the street, city, state, and ZIP.
• Precise location. While the address form is open, the app asks for location to suggest the nearest street address. Location is used only then, and only for that suggestion.
• Photos. The app uploads listing photos so they can be edited and returned to the listing.
• Device ID. The app sends a push token so it can tell you when an edit is ready.
• Purchase history. Buying credits sends the signed App Store transaction so the credits can be added to the account.

Location

Location is precise, collected only while the app is in use, linked to the user, and used for app functionality. Listing Cam does not track you with location, and it does not use location for advertising.

How the information is used

The information is used to sign you in, attach photos to the right house, edit those photos, return them to the listing, deliver a push when an edit is ready, and add credits you buy. Listing Cam does not sell personal information and does not use it for advertising or tracking.

Who receives it

Photos are sent to the editing service that produces the finished files. Apple processes the credit purchase and delivers push notifications. Hosting providers store the account and the photos. These providers act for the app. They do not receive the information for their own advertising.

Retention and deletion

Account details and listing photos stay while the account is open. To delete an account, use the support page from the email on the account and ask for deletion. Password reset emails go to the email on the account.

Children

Listing Cam is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
